Sample Submission

Prior to submitting your first batch of samples, contact Pace Analytical Life Sciences Customer Service to ensure all required supporting materials are included with the submission and special instructions are followed. All samples must be accompanied by a signed Request form indicating the billable party, payment method, sample descriptions and lot numbers, requested tests per sample and any unique claims for each test listed. The applicable quote, special instructions, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and customer provided methods can be attached.

Customer Reports

Customer Reports are processed through technical review and, when requested, a Quality Assurance audit. The end result is a final report that is electronically delivered via an encrypted PDF format to meet your turn around time. The passcode for electronic report delivery is provided to the client through Customer Service. Customer reports can be mailed or faxed as needed. Raw data packages may also be provided upon request for an additional fee. Future initiatives include an on-line reporting system to provide immediate access to their testing results and reports.
